PRACTIPAGE LTD offers a service for downloading digital products from its website. The digital products offered contain intellectual works in various formats, as specified on the site.

ARTICLE 1: PROTECTION OF THE SITE

Any deterioration, representation, reproduction, modification or commercial use, in whole or in part, of the elements of the site is forbidden without prior authorization, and may result in legal proceedings.

ARTICLE 2: COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

The download services are normally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. However, Practipage reserves the right to temporarily close access without prior notice and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such closure.

ARTICLE 5: PRICES

5.1 – The prices of digital products are quoted in euros (or other currency) inclusive of all taxes. Prices are established in accordance with the laws in force.

5.2 – Practipage reserves the right to change prices at any time, but digital products will be invoiced at the rates applicable at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 6: ORDERING

The contractual information is presented in [French, English, etc.] and will be the subject of a confirmation containing this contractual information at the time of delivery. Practipage reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

ARTICLE 7: VALIDATION

In accordance with legal guarantees, Practipage will refund or exchange damaged digital products upon detailed notification by email or telephone within a reasonable period of time.

ARTICLE 12: REFUNDS

Refunds will be made within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the returned products, using the same means of payment used at the time of purchase.

ARTICLE 13: CUSTOMER SERVICE

In the event of difficulties, our customer service department is available to answer your questions by e-mail or telephone, Monday to Saturday.

ARTICLE 14: APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES

Appendix: End-User License Agreement

The End User License Agreement is concluded between the End User and Practipage. The end user receives a license to use the digital product in compliance with the technical protection measures.

Copyright protection and the use of technical protection measures are described in article 2 of these general terms and conditions. Customers undertake to respect copyright and protective measures.
